Other Details to Note

This is an upstairs apartment (#3). Go through the middle door, up the stairs and your apartment will be on the left. This unit sleeps 2 guests max. There is no couch bed. This is an apartment in the middle of a big city. You may hear neighbors coming and going, dogs barking or a train which is about a mile away. We have provided a sound machine, which you will find on your nightstand, to reduce any outside city noise.

House Rules

No parties, gatherings, or events. No Exceptions. No Smoking inside of the home. No Pets. Every guest staying in the apartment must be listed on the reservation. Parking is reserved for guests listed on the reservation only. Visitors must park in the street. Our neighborhood has a noise ordinance from 10 pm to 6 am. If your stay is longer than 28 days, we require that you sign a tenant agreement. Also, please take extra care with our towels and linens. We have had guests stain or damage them and we do charge to replace. Makeup will stain towels and linens: makeup towels and makeup wipes are provided. See replacement costs below: Duvet cover or insert $45 Bed sheets or pillow cases $15 Bath towels $20 Hand or face towels $10 Also our plumber charges $200 to unclog toilet and sink drains so please do not throw excessive toilet tissue or feminine products down the toilet or excessive food down the kitchen sink.

This is a quiet neighborhood. There is a shared private parking lot right in front of your unit as well as plenty of street parking. You are 15 minutes from the center of Houston with Uber and Lift minutes away and all of the deliveries being in a big cities offers.
