House Rules

No parties, gatherings, or events. No Exceptions. No Smoking inside of the home. No Pets. Every guest staying in the apartment must be listed on the reservation. Parking is reserved for guests listed on the reservation only. Visitors must park in the street. Our neighborhood has a noise ordinance from 10 pm to 6 am. If your stay is longer than 28 days, we require that you sign a tenant agreement. Also please take extra care with our towels and linens. Because we have had guests stain or damage them, we do charge to replace. Makeup will stain towels and linens: makeup towels and makeup wipes are provided. See replacement costs below: Duvet cover or insert $45 Bed sheets or pillow cases $15 Bath towels $20 Hand or face towels $10 Also our plumber charges $200 to unclog toilet and sink drains so please do not throw excessive toilet tissue or feminine products down the toilet or excessive food down the kitchen sink.
