Parking is reserved for guests listed on the reservation only. Visitors must park in the street. Because the parking in the back is shared, you may use up to 1 parking spot. Other cars will need to park in the street. Our neighborhood has a noise ordinance from 10 pm to 6 am. If your stay is longer than 28 days, we require that you sign a tenant agreement. Please take extra care with our towels and linens. We have had guests stain or damage them and we do charge to replace. Makeup will stain towels and linens: makeup wipes are provided so that you don't have to use the white towels. See replacement costs below: Duvet cover or insert $45 Bed sheets or pillow cases $15 Bath towels $20 Hand or face towels $10 Our plumber charges $200 to unclog toilet and sink drains so please do not throw excessive toilet tissue or feminine products down the toilet or excessive food down the kitchen sink. We offer early check in for a fee of $25/hour. This is subject to availability. Late check out must be scheduled ahead of stay and will be charged a fee of $25/hour. You will have access to entire front house, back yard and back parking. This house has an apartment building in the back which will be occupied by other Airbnb guests. There is shared parking in the back.
